The Batch House is Chesterfield's food hall: independent street food from around the world and the Batch House Bar, opposite the Chesterfield FC stadium. Everyone orders what they fancy, then sits together.
Burgers & shakes
Pick your plate.
Handmade burgers stacked high in pretzel buns, from the Steak Stacker and Triple Cheese to the Fiery Cheetos and Mighty Mexican. Chicken fans get the Cluckers, including a Biscoff Clucker and the 75g-protein Muscle Up, plus wraps, box meals and loaded fries. Wash it down with a thick shake: Biscoff, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Oreo or pistachio.
Greek street food

Mythical wraps named for Zeus, Hercules and Athena sit alongside the classics: chicken gyros, pork souvlaki, politiko kebab, halloumi and falafel. Go big with a Gods' Meat Feast or the Olympus feast for two, or keep it simple with moussaka, lemon potatoes and a spread of dips from tzatziki to tyrokafteri. Finish with baklava or halloumi with honey.
Indian street food

Indian street food: pani puri, samosa chaat and paneer aloo tikki chaat to share, and naanwiches stuffed with chicken tikka masala, paneer or seekh kebab. For something bigger there are karahis, palaks and butter chicken, biryanis and full thalis, with masala loaded fries on the side. Cool down with a mango lassi or kulfi.
Pizza & peri-peri

12-inch sourdough pizzas on dough proved for 20 hours, from a simple Margherita to the Pappa Pepperoni, beef brisket and gamba. Not in a pizza mood? Peri-peri chicken comes as wings, a leg, a half or a whole bird, and there are foldies, rice bowls, loaded fries and loaded garlic bread too.
Peruvian & South American

Peruvian favourites like lomo saltado, tallarin saltado and aji de gallina, next to South American street food: birria beef tacos with consomé, Rumba burritos, quesadillas and crunchwraps. Add empanadas, yuca fries or salchipapa loaded fries, all with house-made Rumba sauces, then churros to finish and an Inka Cola to drink.
Japanese & Korean

Japanese and Korean comfort food: fluffy bao buns, poke bowls and Japanese curries topped with chicken katsu, teriyaki beef or sweet potato croquettes. Choose rice or thick udon noodles with spicy pork or teriyaki beef, and add K-BBQ beef or vegetable dumplings, loaded wedges or a box of wings.
Sri Lankan street food

Sri Lankan street food, with kothtu (chopped roti stir-fried on the griddle) at its heart: chicken, mutton, prawn, cheese or jackfruit. There are fiery devilled dishes, curries and nasi goreng, roti wraps, and short eats like chicken rolls, parippu vadai and kanda bhaji, with any five to share for £20. Finish with wattalappam, a spiced coconut custard.

A modern bar with a nostalgic feel. Pull up for craft drinks, a game of darts or pool, and Chesterfield home games on the screens. Wednesday is PopMaster Quiz night, every other Friday is Revival Night with classic cocktails, and karaoke gets everyone singing. Dogs welcome.

The family-owned micro coffee shop from Castleton, in the heart of the Peaks, is coming to The Batch House. Expect Roastology coffee, roasted in Sheffield and Fair Trade certified, from a flat white to a toffee nut latte, plus artisan teas, cakes, bakes, sandwiches and pastries.

The Batch House is a food hall in Chesterfield with nine independent kitchens and the Batch House Bar, at The Glass Yard on Sheffield Road, opposite the Chesterfield FC stadium. It opens from 08:30 every day, and everyone in the group can order from a different kitchen and still sit together.
Burgers & shakes
Build your own Brill or go for a box meal, then dig into the sides: mozzarella sticks, onion rings and loaded fries. Seven dips to choose from, and a Mini Brill for the kids.

Scan the QR code on your table to order and pay from your phone, or order in person at any kitchen's till or at the bar.
Food from one kitchen, drinks from the bar and pudding from another, all in the same order. No queuing at three different counters.
Add your preferences and any allergies as you order, and check what's suitable for you to eat before you choose, whichever kitchen it's from.
Two of you or twenty, nobody has to compromise on where to eat. Everyone gets their own favourite and the whole group shares one table.
